My husband recently had a total knee replacement, as a result I have made several visits to the Witterings Pharmacy and have been treated with ultimate respect by all the staff members, a friendly, extremely professional and helpful group of people, nothing is too much trouble for them. Advice is given with confidence and good knowledge. Thank you all, we are so grateful for your help during a difficult time for us, we are so lucky to have you all in our village, what a service.

Would just like to say thank you, why is it there is no problems for the staff who can answer the phone on a weekend and never during the week, I phoned today and the phone was answered with no problems and very prompt was not left waiting for them to answer , i know it can be busy but there seems to be plenty of staff during the week days who can answer the phone so thank you very much.

I have spent days trying to phone the pharmacy regarding my urgent medication, I followed the new phone system and still cannot get any answer from them my friend even went in and while the pharmacy was not busy she was waiting and all she could hear was the phone ringing, when eventually served her was told no it was not there and they walked away, I have tried and tried many times since but still no answer I for one will not returning as the staff are so rude and miserable who just don’t seem to bother and have no interest to do the job or how to deal with there customers. As for nowon I shall be going to the pharmacy across the road

I’ve been sitting looking through comments on wittering pharmacy, I don’t usually get involved with all that kind of stuff, but honestly guys, don’t you have anything else to do but moan. I have lived in this village for 40 years + I have saw many pharmacies come and go, and when wittering’s pharmacy came along it was breath off fresh air, very modern fresh outlook, clean and very enthusiastic staff, just what we needed, and with the wittering’s getting lots of new houses built, bringing more people to village of course the shops doctors and dentists are going get busy. So guys try to put yourself in their shoes, give them a break, my father used to say it’s nice to be nice. and that stood well with me to this day, saying please and thank you cost nothing but makes a difference to who you say it too. So guys give it a try.

I went into the wittering pharmacy on the 29th July and I’d just like to say that the counter staff were so kind and caring. Nothing is too much for them the pharmacist was also great so overall amazing service

I had a great Experience this morning while collecting my Prescription :). Unfortunately I did not get the lovely ladies name who served me but she was lovely and extreamly Helpful!! She also very kindly helped me with my partners Prescription as well to make sure this was available today for him to collect :). Lovely staff great service makes the experience so much better :)

I moved my mother to this pharmacy from another local pharmacy in the village. It was the best move for her as the blister lady set up and sorted out my mothers medication right away which took a lot of pressure off myself as I do not live locally. It’s really nice to see a pharmacy that really care about their patients and their medications. I would like to thank the whole team for their service and input. If you have a parent that is struggling with their medication then this is the place to visit!

This pharmacy gives amazing service, they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I was waiting for my prescription to be done and they did it within a few minutes. Couldn’t thank them enough. Excellent team and excellent pharmacists.

I came in on Tuesday for advice on my 12 week old son, who has been suffering horrifically with reflux. I spoke to the Pharmacist on duty, Subs. He really took the time to listen to me when I was in the middle of having a manic episode, and he gave the most helpful advice and suggestions on how to calm the reflux down. Since Tuesday and since following his advice, my son is finally on the mends of feeling better. I’m really greatful for talking to him when I did.
