Emergency nomad prescription was sent over at 4.30pm Friday from doctors.Was told it would be ready Saturday . Went to collect (normally delivered) was told could only give me boxes of tablets ( now carers not able to give dad) said ok because he hadn't got any . Started to make up one tablet missing. Tried ringing no answer. Drove back. Said they couldn't give me them unless I fetched bag and tablets back. Drove back home picked them up and drove back. Took bag off me then said here they are on top. The tablets had been checked three times at home by 2 different people. I told him this he just smirked at me. There was 3 other people there with same issue.

Was stood waiting to be served maybe a good 10 minutes, the staff were all doing something but had all seen me stood there, some had even served other people and not 1 of them had the decency to even acknowledge me. I found this incredibly rude, just a simple "sorry, won't be long" would have been sufficient.

Went in after waiting in a&e for 5 hours. Pharmacist on duty was helpful answered my questions about the infection I had. He got my prescription ready under a minute super fast. Amazing service I am so grateful.
