I was waiting to have my flu vaccination done, when all I heard through a shut door was "next". I wasn't greeted with any friendliness or compassion. I wasn't even sure I was next as there was more people in the queue. I ended up going into the room where the lady didn't even ask for my name, just my date of birth. I felt rushed and came away with no information on what I had just been given or aftercare. Not even a thank you or bye just "thats it". I found the lady doing the vaccinations very rude and not professional at all.

My husband and I travelled over 20 miles to get a Covid jab as there was nowhere nearer for us although our own medical practice is half a mile away and had no appointments. We were treated with respect and, when we told the pharmacist we had to travel yet another 15 miles for a flu jab, she willingly agreed to give us both injections. This saved us not only another journey by car, but gave us peace of mind that we were fully vaccinated before a long flight in just over a week! Very many thanks to all at Wheatley Pharmacy.(see you next year?!!) Susan and Ian Nickless

Used this pharmacy for my covid vaccination and found it extremely well organised. Friendly staff. Pharmacist pleasant, organised and very on the ball. Parking available too. Definitely a role model practice for others to follow. Thank you.
