Staff very helpful and polite. First class service since being taken over by wellbeing the service has improved 100%. Repeat prescriptions are completed in a matter of days and a text message is always sent to inform you that your medication is ready for collection

Since this Practice moved into the Princess of Wales site fairly recently, I have used their service a number of times and have always found them to be helpful, informative, professional and extremely efficient. I quickly receive an email to let me know my prescription is ready to collect. I would highly recommend this service.
