Disgusted at this pharmacy. They put off people who need medicine including my elderly parents. Keep saying come back tomorrow when they walk to get their medicine. My father had terminal cancer and needed pain medicine and they kept saying it's not ready or we're short staffed and now putting my elderly mother off saying it's all in boxes we haven't sorted it out yet come back tomorrow when she's been waiting nearly a week. Not good enough. sort it out.

Service slow & terrible of late. Last 2 visits they didn't verify my address before handing over my repeat prescriptions. Issued medication that I, and my GP, hadn't requested. Took over 3 weeks to issue a repeat prescription request (resulting in me not having that medication for 2.5 weeks!). They no longer call/text to advise prescriptions are ready for collection. Service is slow, staff more often interested in chatting to each other than serving customers and rather blunt when they do serve. Have lost faith in this pharmacy and switched to Cowley Drive.

I am trying to get advice from the Chemist regarding my medication and am not having any luck.I am not able to attend the premises because I am extremely disabled.
