Changed home & doctors due to ill health,I'd previously got dosset packs and delivery due to being housebound with same named Well pharmacy in my previous doctors,but shocked by well's unannounced withdrawal of delivery - dosset pack service . Result my prescription in their pharmacy ,I run out of meds they won't deliver and I'm at home alone currently being checked for possible heart failure and stressed was worsened by billigerent shop staff who only answered phone on 7th attempt over several hours of phone hanging up after one minute of ringing . The staff member on phone dropped the bombshell their head office changed policy re delivery and dosset packs and she hoped I would complain to their head office and she would give me the number but they started to get belligerent with me do I disengaged with call ( stressed,) without getting phone number aforementioned NHS Pharmacy a joke if I wasn't so ill!
