Recently their system was down so unable to retrieve any prescriptions; generally not very helpful; out of stock & not helpful about what to do instead; slow service & no acknowledgement of people waiting; customer service not great

I have been trying to call the Well pharmacy all day. I have placed a call at least one hundred times. Their phone has not once been answered. I am trying to avoid a wasted trip like the last one to collect a prescription. Delivery of drugs always seem to be later than forecast.

Nearly impossible to get through on phone as nobody picks up. Prescriptions take about a week as a matter of course and pharmacy seems very poorly organised. Really awful.
