  1. Review titled One thing lets this pharmacy down

    The Leicester Road pharmacy is quick to sort prescriptions and the staff are friendly and helpful, however the one thing that let's them down is the fact they never answer the phone! I have just sat on the phone for about an hour just letting it ring for ages, before the line goes dead and I try again - I've given up now and will have to go down to them to ask face to face. I realise they have busy periods, but this always happens, it's not just on this occasion - and I know other people who have the same issue. It's a pity, because as I said if it wasn't for that problem, the pharmacy would be great.

    I have been ringing for an hour for enquiries about medication for my elderly parents and no answer. Not happy as this could be an emergency
