Had an appointment so missed delivery collected at pharmacy to be told that I should not be entitled to delivery as I wasn't house bound she was so rude and it wasn't her business I said not every dissabilty is seen she rudely replied neither is hers

Will not answer phone to discuss important medication not arriving over 300 calls made in one afternoon and not answered. Not delivering medication in a timely way, important medication missing. Service as deteriorated drastically over past 6 months for both my husband and I as well as other family members. 0 out of 10 if a points system needed
