I have my medication delivered but this pharmacy is very unreliable. Today 1 of the 6 items was ordered..dated 2/04/2024 today is 5/05/2024. Try ringing, as usual the phone is not answered. 3 of my medications finished today. I shall have to go a collect them.

very long waiting times just to get to receptionist. Went in twice. First wait was 25 minutes the second 35 minutes. They lost part of the prescription in the first visit and then told me they had to reorder it. They found it at the end of the second visit after I had spent over an hour seeing whether alternative pharmacists had the item in stock. their telephone number was/is broken and has been for several weeks I have been told. However they hadn't informed people of this problem on the Internet or even by leaving a recorded message on the phone system. A man in the nearby doctors told me they used to be good but he has given up on them and now using another pharmacist. I would strongly advise others to do the same!

Over the last year or 2 this pharmacy has really gone downhill. We rarely receive text messages when prescriptions are ready or if we do and go to collect they can rarely find them. We usually wait a few days then to be told they don't have the prescription and that the Dr's haven't sent it. When told that it was sent whilst I was at the Dr's the prescription usually turns up in a pile behind the desk. We have been told a couple of times our prescriptions have already been collected, when they haven't. Last year I had to go on holiday with only half of my prescription. On returning I visited 4 or 5 times only to be told initially it had all been collected on a date whilst I was abroad and then when I challenged it they repeatedly didn't have it in stock. I paid full prescription price to receive only half of it. The attitude of staff is generally rude and unhelpful, there is occasionally one helpful member of staff. The shorter times also make collecting prescriptions very difficult. I have requested to change pharmacy with my Dr's but this has not happened.

No matter what time of day you call they never answer the phone.I'm disabled so I need to know when my prescription is ready as I can't keep going up to the pharmacy and checking.

9 days since I put my prescription in 2visits to the shop and its still only partially filled so now I'm going to have to make at least a third which is not easy when you are disabled! They told me it was a manufacturing and supply problem, but as I'm ordering liquid food I need a certain amount each day. I usually collect 28 days worth at a time so I rang the manufacturers to try to get some idea when I'll get some. Both the manufacturers fresubin and Aymes customer services have told me there hasn't been any manufacturing or supply issues recently. The staff will clearly lie to you when you ask what the issue was. It doesn't help matters either when I could see cases of fresubin on the floor in the shop which is partially what I ordered!
