I’m absolutely disgusted with this branch. My friend called in on Tuesday 14th May to collect a prescription for my husband when she gave me it the following morning we realised it was for a female and not my husband. This is bad enough but if I was the wrong sort of person I then had this poor ladies address and date of birth so could have done anything with those details. When I returned it to the pharmacy to collect the correct item,the item I returned was just thrown on the shelf never once checking to see if the items that’s should have been in were actually there. I was then asked if I had collected an item in the last two weeks to which the answer was no. They couldn’t find my husbands items. Eventually with the pharmacist looking too it was located. I was told there was 2 months with of tablets when in fact there was only one. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues when I went to collect his April prescription we received a message on the Wednesday to say it was ready to collect, I went on the Friday only to be told it had been collected on the Monday. After spending an amount of time telling them it hadn’t been collected they eventually went to look upstairs. I stood for a good 20 minutes for the member of staff to return and tell me it had been filed wrong and surprise surprise it wast still no the shelf. I feel they are very unprofessional and fear that someone will end up with the wrong medication and not realise until it’s too late. Or medication will fall into the hands of someone less honest than myself. I can say now I will never ever set foot in that pharmacy again, and they need seriously looked into. Very very unprofessional

Arranged an emergency prescription (usual meds running late)for my very sick disabled child was spoken to twice rudely by staff then once we moved passed this I was told my child's meds were ordered and would be ready for next day they weren't and was rudely told nothing we can do we can't help appalling service all around
