Listed as providing flu vaccinations, but when I called to book one they stated they do not provide this service.

Whilst having this practice as my default prescription service, my prescriptions were often late, also most of the female staff are typically inattentive and reluctant to serve customers. Furthermore, when calling the practice to collect an emergency prescription due to late prescription orders causing me to suffer withdrawal symptoms from missed medications. The staff on the phone have refused to dispense emergency prescriptions. Even after myself and my family members had spoken to pharmacists at my local surgery and via NHS 111 service, to approve the medications could be dispensed. Instead, staff lied on the phone and stated they could not issue the emergency prescription, despite having the medications in stock and regardless of the 111 prescription service stating emergency prescriptions can be collected from any local pharmacy with the prescription in stock. Also, the majority female staff typically address customers in a patronising and disinterested manner. Hopefully, others have a better experience with this pharmacy than myself.
