    Yeah they're not the best here. Never answer a phone so means a walk down there to see where your prescription is this week and what excuse they will have for why it's been forgotten. They are very rude in there. There's one really lovely staff member who has been in since before the new lot took over. The rest though? Lazy, ignorant and allow people they know to cut the queue no matter how long you've waited. Dare pull them on it and you get a right look off them. Have had the wrong medication given more than once. I honestly think whoever oversees contracts for prescriptions needs to look into this pharmacy. I've also had them shout at me and seen others get shouted at for asking what's going on, although not had the "concerns on medication" one so feel for the reviewer who had that. In this job you need to be sociable and have a good level of customer care skills. The staff here have none, it's like you're intruding on them having a social life when you walk in. It used to be busy here but not anymore, the general chat in the village is go elsewhere.

    I visited on the off chance after being unable to fulfil my very urgent prescription elsewhere. The staff dealt with me promptly and were so helpful, taking trouble and solving the problem. I was so impressed that I have changed my nominated pharmacy to this practice.

    In recent months this pharmacy has become complete unrecognisable to me from the staff all the way to the service. Prior to change in management mine and my families medication was delivered on time and rarely had any issues with them. Staff were polite and knowledgeable when you phoned in or popped into the pharmacy. Any issues or queries were dealt with and fully explained by the former pharmacy manager. Now since he and his team have left, phone calls are clearly not being answered for whatever reason that may be due to a lack of staff or lazy staff I’m not too sure why, but this means I cannot find out if my medication will be delivered or not so I have to find time in my busy week to come down to the pharmacy and then be greeted by long queues and unwelcoming and difficult staff. The staff here really need training on all elements of working in a pharmacy from patient confidentially to general mannerism. Staff shouldn’t be screaming out patient details such as address and what medication I am due, that’s not right nor fair on me and when you ask why phone calls aren’t being answered and why prescriptions are being delayed you are answered with hostility not from one or two members of staff but three. All saying the same, prescriptions have been increasing and that they are short on staff. It’s funny that the former management could manage with similar levels of staff I guess the only difference is the former staff and owner actually cared about patient whereas the current clearly do not. I used to adore this pharmacy and what It did for me and my family but no longer, I have now had to go to Orange Pharmacy who deliver my medication on time and have polite and knowledgeable staff who are happy to help and answer the phones. My advice to the owner/ current manager change your ways and bring back the old staff because you don’t know how to look after patients and this isn’t a one off incident which has caused me to leave this review it’s multiple and it seems that I’m not the only one that feels this way.
