Needed to buy antibiotic eye ointment for my wife's conjunctivitis. Would not sell it to me, both the assistant and the pharmacist said they needed my wife to be there. That would have been very inconvenient. Bought the same product at the other main pharmacy in Emsworth without any issue at all, as I've done previously at other pharmacies in Havant in the past (plus it can be obtained online). The Old Pharmacy in Emsworth were overly officious and obstructive. They were incorrect in the application of their policy. How is someone supposed to obtain this treatment if they can't physically attend the shop? They will get no future business from this family. I hope this review saves others a fruitless journey.

I like the way staff take time with those who need it. I personally have no problem waiting in line as they focus on the person they are serving because you know you too, will also be given that attention.
