Came in requesting Cocodamol for wisdom tooth pain as advised by A&E, I asked whether it’s okay to take with asthma, cashier didn’t seem to know but asked a pharmacist behind her and said yes but not in a confident way and the way it came across was kind of rude. Anyway so I bought the medication, opened up the leaflet and it said in capitals “do not take” if you have breathing difficulties or asthma. The same pharmacist was confused by this and another pharmacist said it’s fine to take it won’t do anything to someone with asthma, so why does it blatantly say in the leaflet to not take even without speaking to a GP first, we still got the refund but was handed the receipt with absolute sarcasm and rudeness.

As an adult with ADHD, I've had the pleasure of interacting with the wonderful team at this pharmacy. Their kindness and patience have been a source of great comfort to me. Given the global shortage of ADHD medication, I've visited the pharmacy twice to check its availability. On both occasions, the pharmacists went above and beyond, pausing their tasks to provide me with the latest information on the situation and guidance on the next steps. Their empathy and willingness to help are truly commendable. The only hiccup I've encountered is that the pharmacy's phone number seems to be non-functional, which is a minor inconvenience in an otherwise exceptional experience.

I have tried calling the pharmacy to release my prescription for 3 days. Over 20 calls and no one has picked up the phone. Absolutely terrible.
