   Called in to discuss an issue after several attempts to contact by telephone without success, to be confronted with the most arrogant and rude lady I have ever come across working in a customer services role. Even the customer next to me was disgusted by her attitude. I appreciate how busy people are in their working environments but to blatantly lie and try to make excuses in the manner she did was totally unacceptable. A number of people I have spoken to are aware of who this lady is and no longer use the pharmacy. If she remains in this role I do believe a few more will not use Tesco Pharmacy Bishop Auckland at all. Not a good advocate for Tesco's
