Joined the queue around17;15 and got my prescription at 18:11. The pharmacist was on his own so even customers who wanted to buy medication from behind the counter were not being served.

The pharmacist and assistant ignored the queue and chatted quietly between themselves with their backs to the counter. You get the impression they haven't had any customer service training and don't have the people skills to work in this kind of role - it felt like they were hiding in the back avoiding eye contact with anyone who might ask them to do something. The person standing next to me said they had done the same the day before and he had given up as the queue had been half way down the store. Maybe someone who enjoys working with the public should work in this store, as it can get busy.
