Informed by the pharmacist on duty that they cannot give out any prescriptions today. What’s the point of offering emergency prescriptions if they aren’t provided. Annoyed at the lack of communication and lack of help to retrieve the prescription from else where.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience at Superdrug Brighton pharmacy. Unfortunately, we were unable to find locum pharmacist cover for this pharmacy on 12th August and apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this. A member of staff should have been available to signpost you to the nearest open pharmacy and advise you that you could have obtained an emergency supply from them. We apologise if this was not communicated effectively to you and for any distress this may have caused.
