After queuing for 25 mins this lunchtime but had to leave to get back to work so went back after work at 4.40 at 5.10 still in the queue to be told by shop assistant if you aren’t served by 5.30 you will have to come back. I needed my medication so was appalled to be told this after queuing all that time. Why don’t they do a cut off that no one else can join the queue after a certain time rather than have the attitude hard luck you will have to come back. The pharmacist wasn’t the quickest but in his defence he was working alone.

Our healthcare teams are currently working through a period of unprecedented demand for our healthcare services, and this has inevitably impacted our workforce availability.
