I was travelling and forgot medication for my 2 year old daughter. I had a prescription from my pharmacy and the staff helped me out. Without this my daughter would have ended up in a&e. Each member of staff I spoke to was soo friendly and helpful. Would 1000% go back or recommend!

Was advised that paracetamol does not bring down temperatures in children and ibuprofen can be safely given on an empty stomach, will not trust another this the pharmacist says

I had difficulties accessing my GP so came to Sturdee Ave Pharmacy for support, and I am pleased to say I was seen promptly and experienced kind, excellent and efficient service from the team. This is my pharmacy of choice!

This practice has gone over and beyond my needs, I loved the family friendly ambiance. My questions were answered with enthusiasm and experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

Visited this pharmacy recently as I had a water infection and I couldn’t see my GP. I was very impressed with their friendly service. Was seen quickly and after a consultation with the pharmacist I left with antibiotics to treat my infection. The pharmacist was kind and knowledgeable and I received great service. Would definitely use this pharmacy again.

111 referred my wife as she required antibiotics after a reaction to insect bite. Even tho 111 advised my wife the pharmacy had a dedicated phone number to call to get a doctor to sign a prescription, the pharmacy would not do and would only want to sell her antihistamine which she was already taking. Reported to 111 after coming home in tears due to the pain and swelling.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry that your wife did not receive a positive experience. Unfortunately 111 are mistaken and we do not have a doctor on site to prescribe antibiotics, we are a pharmacy only. Excellent service provided was recommended by other pharmacies as having what you need . Saved me money also which I am very grateful for , will definitely use the pharmacy again .

Very friendly and polite. Was the 5th chemist I went to, was able to help straight away and although didn't have my item in stock, quickly offered and provided a solution. Very happy thank you
