This Pharmacy has been taken over. It used to be managed by a wonderful lady who went above and beyond in everything she did, but having been taken over, she is no longer there. I have just called them as my 90 year old Father has not had his medipack delivered and has run out of his numerous medication. I was told the reason is they hadn’t got the plastic cartons! I asked why nobody had thought to ring him last week to tell him that. The man I spoke to didn’t know. Dreadful service, lack of care, no attention to detail, I could go on. Needless to say I will be looking for another Pharmacy to look after my Parents’ needs
