Thank you to the staff of Hado St Stephens Gate Pharmacy who went beyond the call of duty to ensure I was supplied with antiviral tablets when suffering from Covid while also having lymphoma. Thank you too for the way in which you helped my daughter when she called to collect them.

My delivery supplier really mucked up, it left me with no pills. I need my pills for a serious condition, I looked online and the reviews say it all, I was in Norwich fortunately so went as soon as I could. The staff were outstanding they were able to fill my prescription all bar 1 item but they gave me some to keep me going. I will pick the rest of my pills up next day. The staff were so polite and extremely helpful, I can't praise them enough. Thank you again for sorting me out in a very concerning situation. I will not hesitate to use you again.

Due to go away following day to find my husbands essential medication had run out . Had double supply of a different form of the same medication. Looked for out of hours pharmacy only one available Sunday evening . Telephoned to ask for advice re substitution very polite and helpful . I asked if medication was eligible for emergency supply which it was . I was advised what information I needed to take with me and advised they would issue a weeks supply checking if that was sufficient which it was . On arrival at pharmacy received the same excellent service , pharmacist and assistant very helpful for which I was very grateful. Thank you
