We were expecting a delivery of medication and had a missed call from the pharmacy. I called the number back and the person who answered was really rude. He said he didn't know who called and they'd call back. Fair enough but when I said we were waiting for some medication and asked if he could check he just told me lots of people work there and they'd call back. His manner was very aggressive and dismissive. His reaction would have been warranted had I been swearing or shouting bit I was just asking a question.

Totally ignoring a large number of customers waiting - all staff hiding at the back of shop Faffing about. Their priority surely to customers who are paying their wages

My husband and I are elderly and disabled and feel very fortunate to have this pharmacy looking after our prescriptions. As we have a number of items now they have sorted out any difficulties we have with our prescriptions. They have been attentive and patient. We are especially happy with the driver who makes the deliveries sending messages the day prescriptions will be delivered. He is always cheerful, kind and helpful as well as polite. We appreciate the care he takes especially. On the whole " well done St Leonards Pharmacy"!

I am always impressed with how helpful the entire team is. This pharmacy has been supplying my medication for nearly 12 years and long may it continue. The delivery driver is also very good, contacting me if necessary if I am not available to accept my package. Thank you.

Always friendly and efficient service with good advice, and excellent home delivery of medicines - always on time and always cheerful, too. Altogether excellent local care, which is much appreciated.
