I have been dealing with this business on behalf of a family member. They are frustratingly difficult to work with. Multiple phone calls & multiple visits were needed to fill a repeated prescription & then sometimes it wasn't filled correctly. The last straw was learning from the GP's surgery that they hadn't called to renew prescriptions as expected. We have transferred the prescriptions to another pharmacy. I wouldn't trust Shan Pharmacy to sell me a box of aspirin.

Amazing pharmacy, staff are so friendly. My prescription is always ready for collection. Feba the pharmacist is super helpful. Best pharmacy in Surbiton and Kingston

Shan Pharmacy provide a very professional service. As a customer of many years, I have always found them welcoming, courteous, helpful and efficient.
