We have as a family used this pharmacy regularly over several years. Since being taken over by Jardines the level of customer service and care has declined to the point where staff are surly to the point of rudeness, prescriptions are rarely ready even several days after being notified and if customers dare to raise this with the staff they are met with shrugged shoulders and indifference. Recently when collecting a prescription the details of my prescription were shared loudly by the staff member with everyone in the shop much to my embarrassment. The same has happened to my daughter who has a repeat prescription for mental health medication - so much do that she refuses to enter the pharmacy now. If you can go elsewhere, do - we certainly will.

Went for my flu jab yesterday. Staff very helpful & friendly. Should’ve paid for the jab as I was 4 days early for my age group but wasn’t charged. Thank you
