My daughter was prescribed five days of antibiotics however there was only 3 and half days worth in the bottle. Have tried calling and emailing them so they can rectify this but to no avail. They NEver answer the phone

I have only used this pharmacy for a short time and I am regretting it already. Firstly we waited a week for some tablets to be delivered for my husband and recently tried on numerous occasions to contact them by phone with regard to his repeat prescription by now he’s completely run out. I contacted my surgery and they have assured me the medication prescription has been sent to the chemist. They said the only number they have is the same as mine and to keep trying. I have even tried to email them but it won’t go through. I will have to look for an alternative that can offer a better service.

I’ve asked the chemist several times to not deliver medication to the house as they are psychotic meds for a family member. They delivered the medication again, now the family member got hold of it and will not take them at all. They have ruined it and now we have to deal with the consequences of not taking meds. I would not recommend this chemist

I drove to this chemist Sun 4/9/22 as my newborn needed gripe water. It said on the NHS website it was open until 11pm. It was 10pm when I got there and it was closed, please update your opening times to avoid this in future.
