I am really impressed with the care, friendliness and helpfulness of the pharmacist at this practice - above and beyond anything I have experienced before. I was properly listened to and feel absolute confidence in the advice and treatment I received. I strongly recommend.

Thorough, courteous, cheerful and instructive. My mind at ease, I left the pharmacy with a supply of the necessary medication, without the need to call on my G.P.

The team at Patcham Pharmacy are always helpful and go above and beyond to try and resolve issues arising from GP communication delays or medication sourcing issues. I had an experience yesterday where I had a medication malfunction and the GP surgery was closed and they stepped in to resolve the problem as I did not have the dose of medication that I needed to take that day. I always feel they will do whatever they can to help even though they are an extremely busy practice. We are lucky to have them in Patcham.

The gentleman at the pharmacy looked after me very well when I had shingles. He and all the staff are caring and professional and supplied me with the medication I needed. I can highly recommend this pharmacy.
