Was referred by 111 as i had a rash i thought is was shingles, was told it was not. was told it was a allergy sold tablets and cream, not on prescription, cost £15. as i was only looked at from 6 foot away surprised on their confidence. two days later went to my GP to be told in seconds that i had Shingles. i will not ever go back there.

I went for my Booster Covid injection this morning. I was met with kindness, courtesy and a very efficient service.

My Doctor put me out a perscription via the phone at 9am in the morning. Husband said will allow time for it to be made up and go and collect after lunch. He went there to be told we have none in stock will order it and it and it wll come in tomorow. This is a common drug widely given out so was appalled at this. Again nobody had bothered to phone and tell us they have our contact details it appears customer service does not exist anymore. So upon hearing this came home and i said i need this asap so went back got my prescription and went into Town and got it elswhere, In a place full of elderly people they need to up their game more and not get so low as to run out of stock before ordering more.

Rang this chemist due to my child with what I now know to be lip licking dermatitis.. She was extremely helpful and suggested some quick fix remedies.. sudo cream and chapstick.. Thankd again.. I always find this chemist very helpful..
