On two occasions I have tried to get a flu/covid jab. I arrived well before my appointment time on both occasions and waited 45 mins past my appointment time and was still waiting in the line. There is very little point in giving out appointment times when they are meaningless. I took a morning off work (unpaid) but had to leave without my jabs due to things to do later. During the giving of jabs, the pharmacist took over the room to conduct impromptu consultations at short notice, meaning the nurse giving jabs was further delayed. No explanation given, no apology, no communication at all. The attitude to patients is a long way from where it should be, dismissive and disrespectful. The worst service level from a pharmacy I have ever had, and it is not the first time either.

Two days before we visited the chemist my partner rang to ensure the prescription was ready to avoid a wasted trip. We were informed it was ready and would be available to collect the next day. We arrived at the car park and I waited in the car as I expected it to be a short wait as we’d been told as stated the prescription was ready. It was over fifteen minutes later I was still waiting for my partner to return to the car with the prescription. What part of ready and waiting is that?! Having been told the prescription would have been ready to collect the day before they should have been in and out not waiting over a quarter of an hour of our precious time! Not happy!

Came in at 9am for a prescription for my toddler, saw the signs regarding permits for the health centre but assumed you could park outside the chemist to collect. Recieved a £100 fine for visiting, apprently you can sign in your vehicle but there’s no signs in the chemist and it wasn’t advised when purchasing during a chaotic morning visit at 9am when the chemist was busy and chaotic. Very disappointed I shopped here won’t be doing that again, recommend you go to a supermarket or other business with available parking

Prescriptions passed to them on last Thursday afternoon and still waiting on Wednesday for delivery. Excuse is 1 day bank holiday and so a 93 year old lady is put at risk! I feel I am letting my mother down by using this pharmacy. Not the first time.
