Refused to sell me generic paracetamol suspension for my daughter as they `save that for prescriptions and they can't sell P meds over the counter' I was told. Which after over 15years experience working in a pharmacy I was stunned at the lack of general pharmacy knowledge. Something like a simple sale of paracetamol suspension for a young child with a very high temp, what else are they doing in there, absolutely shocking. For my safety and my family I will not be returning.

It is now impossible to get through to this pharmacy on the phone. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or can’t be bothered but I’m not sure how repeat prescriptions are meant to be ordered if they don’t ever answer?? Esp as they don’t have an email address. Think I’ll need to change pharmacy to save me driving there twice.

Morrisons Pharmacy never answer the phone. I have a young baby therefore it is difficult to pop in and speak to them to query/order a prescription. I phoned them 14 times yesterday throughout the day and they did not answer. This is not a one off as whenever I try they never answer. I will be switching pharmacy due to this as it is a huge inconvenience. I know their phone is working as have heard it ringing in their before and have got through in the past
