I had phoned the pharmacy with an enquiry about period delay medication, I had asked if this was available at the pharmacy and the staff member who had answered the phone snapped at me saying no they didn’t and that I had already called and asked today, this was not the case. I explained that no I hadn’t called before, but the staff member still sounding snappy just said well we don’t do it and that someone else had already asked today. I think that this is very unprofessional, I would have accepted them saying no that they don’t offer this service, no need to snap at someone asking a question.
