I can't tell you how happy I am with the Marlow Bottom Pharmacy. The customer service is just great and the main pharmacist lady is just amazingly caring. My son needs a medication that is in short supply and it is an uphill battle to get hold of it. This pharmacist really understands how hard it is on parents to constantly try to find a pharmacy that may stock a particular dose. She is always trying her best to help us get the medication that was prescribed. Great service all around. I feel very lucky to live nearby as well.

The pharmacist wouldn't provide me with my full prescription, despite having it all in stock. This led to three further visits which could have saved both them and me time and inconvenience. Please help your current customer and don't hold items back 'just incase'. Thank you

All the staff were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Excellent advice re purchase saved me making a mistake. Quick and painless vaccinations.

The pharmacist at this Pharmacy is brilliant. She runs a ‘1 customer at a time’ rule so elderly and vulnerable patients are protected, always makes time if you have a problem, answers the phone when you call. She and her team are always helpful, caring and get to know you. Can’t rate them highly enough. Thank you Marlow Bottom Pharmacy!
