My experience is that 1)The Lytchett Pharmacy recently now only dispenses prescriptions on a part time basis. 2) The hours that the dispensary is not open are not broadly advertised. 3) The Pharmacist is unavailable to give any advice as per nhs guidelines & standing orders for patients 'to consult your pharmacist first'

Mr Carmichael, I'm saddened to hear of your experience with us, this is certainly not what I want my patients to experience. We have had a difficult few weeks with holidays and sickness and a power failure to the High Street due to the works next door. We are back to normal now, it would be great to speak to you and go through your experiences at our Pharmacy and we can learn from your feedback.
