I ordered my medication through the repeat prescription facility on the Nhs app. dated 31 July 2024. One of the prescribed drugs was : Butec 10micrograms/hour transdermal patch. I received other medicines on the same order by delivery but not the aforementioned 'patch' which I believe is a controlled drug. On the paper bag my medication was delivered was written "C.d. in Cabinet" I have photographic evidence, and I assume that's where was left. I contacted the pharmacy and after being told to 're-check' my delivery, with the implication that I had done something wrong. It was agreed I would collect it in person the following morning. Unfortunately I wasn't able to collect. My wife kindly went to collect and made to feel as if we were wrong. She pointed out that the 'c d.. was in the cabinet' as written on the delivery bag. That is where it was found, apparently. I have now nominated a reliable pharmacy as I do not wish to suffer for someone's incompetence.

I have used Lockwood pharmacy for years now. They have never let me down! This pharmacy is kind and caring. The staff are friendly and approachable. The service is timely and accurate. They have always gone above my expectations and have usually helped more than a GP! I would highly recommend.

I moved to this pharmacy over a year ago and they have been brilliant, it’s my husband who usually collects for me. He had some terrible customer service at our previous one and dreaded having to go so I arranged to have my prescriptions sent to this one. He has nothing but praise for there friendliness and professionalism so just wanted to thank them all at Lockwood Pharmacy.
