Why does all staff have to take their break time together? The pharmacy was closed when I turned up. I had to go back home and return again later. The staff always seemed to have issues finding my prescriptions. I have decided to order mine online from now on.

Had a few prescriptions sent from the doctor. Did not collect them straight away and went to collect them, plus a new one the doctor provided on the day, before they closed on the Friday evening. On returning home one of the prescriptions was missing. Tried ringing the next morning for over an hour to check they had it, to save a wasted journey, but the phone was constantly engaged for about 3 hours. When going to get it, it was there, they didn't give it out the previous evening with the other medication. Not the first time they have failed to give out all of the prescriptions.
