It would seem that prescriptions are not now processed until called for. A few weeks ago I was given a form to fill so that I could be emailed/messaged when my prescription was ready and since then it never has been

I am sorry you are unhappy with the service provided by our pharmacy. Our pharmacies receive large batches of prescriptions from local surgeries which they work through as quickly as possible. Our teams do not wait for you to call before dispensing your prescription, I am sorry your medicine hasn't been ready when you have visited. Please call the pharmacy to confirm your email address is registered against your record. An email will be automatically generated once your prescription is filed for collection. People were waiting for medication to be processed for ages and all we could see was a lack of hygiene and professionalism.Why would the pharmacist be tooking into food in front of all the people.Have breakfast at home ...Plus the fact the person didn't wash their hands after eating and handling medication. This was at 9 to 9.30am on 7th February 2023.
