What has happened to this pharmacy? It used to be so efficient. Now I find they are not answering the phone, and they do not notify me when my prescriptions are ready to collect. I have to visit 3 times to find myself in a long queue and be told my meds are not ready, after 10 days. Also the door has been out of order for weeks, so the queue stretches into the surgery's waiting area. The pharmacy itself looks unkempt, chaotic, with lots of boxes on the floor, 4 staff getting in each others' way in too small a space, the floor could do with being swept. One assistent today could not find medication in the overfilled fridge. All of this is concerning. I shall change my nominated pharmacy, with regret.

5 staff but 12 people waiting! Everything took so long and often needed 2/3 staff to sort. Waited 30 mins to pick up a prescription which should have been ready.

Just been for my covid jab, arrived slightly early, only 1 other person waiting. Was seen within a couple of minutes, lady who gave me the injection was polite and professional and was back out in no time at all. Would come back again.

Pharmacist went above and beyond ensuring the correct meds for me and my family ensuring i had the correct information to ensure we were treated properly thank you so very much
