I’ve been using Osbon on Jamaica Road for a year since I moved to the area, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff always have time for you even when busy, they are proactive about telling you when your medication is ready to collect or indeed if there’s been a delay in it getting to the pharmacy, and recently when I had to talk through a more complex problem the lead pharmacist was helpful, sensitive and open to listening. They’re a genuine community asset and I’m delighted they’re my pharmacy.

There are two pharmacists in there that are very good and know me but they are not always there. The rest ask for Name and DOB even though been going in there for years. They used to notify by text when meds were in but they dont have that service anymore, so patient has to find out themselves by phoning or going in there and asking. Otherwise one would not know.
