   I visited this pharmacy today in order to ask for some advice to avoid an unnecessary doctors appointment. I was met with a hostile and confrontational response - shocking customer service. Unfortunately the staff lack basic interpersonal skills. They were abrupt, rude and missing very basic listening skills. They begin every interaction as though they are being challenged, rather than coming alongside the customer with a health need and working out how to best help them. They are condescending and patronising. One look on their Google reviews reveals the extent to which this experience is shared amongst the local community. I am lucky in that I have mobility and the use of a car to choose a different pharmacy but I really feel that those less fortunate deserve a better service.
