On 4 occasions now myself or another person hae gone to collect scripts, only to be given part of the order, when asked why I was only given part, the answer wasn't given. The drugs taken are taken for a real reason and failure to have these could be life threatening. It's time to get your acts together. I work and don't always have time to collect... Open Saturday morning would be advantageous to people who work.

Dear Patient, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you've had problems in receiving some of your medication. Could you call the pharmacy on 01434 602184 with more details so we can resolve it going forward. Our hours are currently 50 hours per week; which is above our contracted hours with the NHS, the surgery next door is not open on weekends and currently it would not be viable to ask staff to cover.
