I was struggling to get my sons medication from any pharmacy, went into Gospel lane Pharmacy and they were so friendly and helpful. The pharmacist rang the supplier and was able to order in my son’s medication. Honestly can’t recommend them enough! Thank you again.

Visiting family in the area I realised I have left my insulin pen at home in middlesborough. This was the closest pharmacy and I went over to them around 6ish. The pharmacist advised me I could get a pen prescription sent to another pharmacy open till later via 111. I did that and got my pen. He could not help as they were closing soon and was not sure when 111 would send the prescription. He was able to guide me in the right direction. Very helpful information given correctly.

Only attended to collect my normal prescriptions and the staff asked if I would be prepared to have a free BP health check. I agreed and following 5 readings I was found to have extremely high BP over 220. Had to take the BP Log sheet across to GP and was immediately put on BP tablets. High BP is known as the silent killer. I have never had high BP before and will now continue to monitor. You could say that 2 members of the staff in particular saved my life. Thank you
