So disappointed in this pharmacy recently. They use to be so helpful and approachable however customer and patient care has gone out of the window in favour of profit and convenience. The staff are rude and abrupt, whatever happened to service with a smile? No such thing at Gatehouse! However this is unsurprisingly common practice here as the manager / Owner is equally only driven by greed and is just as abrupt and rude. Very disappointed and won’t be going back.

Twice I have contacted this Pharmacy querying prescriptions and medication. They are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much bother, really personal service highly recommend

My prescription was sent on the Monday I phoned on the weds to make sure they was going to deliver my medication with it been bank holiday I asked the staff member to make sure I got a call confirming no confirmation and no prescription which has left me in a right state over the bank holiday appalling I spoke to somone sat and they said it was down for delivery so I don’t know why it’s not gone out We trust these people to only be let down and left in a state and bed bound
