Had wax removed from both ears, was very concerned as I get panic attacks. I needn't have worried ,the lady I saw was brilliant, very understanding & very caring, took photos of the inner ears to show before & after. Also sent photos to GP to get appointment as one ear was showing very red. Unfortunately this review doesn't allow me to name the lady but she was so kind. Couldn't ask for better service.

I had stubborn ear wax that normal drops were not clearing. I had a very competent person using micro-suction to clear both ears. I previously had water treatment some years ago with NHS. This method and technician created minimal discomfort. Even showed images of before and after to demonstrate how much wax was removed. Simple to book, parking available - will go again if there is a next time.

I experience at this pharmacy was to collect medicines on this visit . But I have used this pharmacy on many occasions and every time without fail this pharmacy has given excellent service . They send text messages to tell you when your prescription is ready to collect so you are not left waiting and wondering and having their covid vaccine services has been very re assuring . You always find friendly staff. Much appreciated .
