I just wanted to say thank you to this wonderful team for your help and assistance with my son this afternoon. Despite being very busy, you were able to see him, diagnose him with an ear infection and prescribe us the antiobiotics we needed in under half an hour. We are so very grateful for your kindness, efficiency and care. You are all doing such a great job - thank you very much.

Dear Team I came away from the pharmacy this afternoon 7/6/24 and thought I needed to tell you all how wonderful you all work together. Despite how busy you all were….you all remained very professional and calm. The pharmacist ……offered to prepare a person prescription while he waited so they didn’t have to come back. This is why you are. So busy because of the wonderful service you provide. Thank you team

I was questioned about my request for an over the counter medication in what felt like an unfriendly way. I'm sorry if I was a little frustrated in my reply - I felt unwell, and knew what treatment I needed. I was then given a dressing down in front of a lot of other people waiting in the pharmacy. I am still shaking some time afterwards. I don't understand why the assistant was so unfriendly as I have used the pharmacy for years. I appreciate staff should be treated politely but I didn't warrant that aggressive response.

It's never nice to hear your visit to our pharmacy was not a good one and can only apologise. Sometimes, with certain medication we do have to ask questions and this is done in a courteous and professional manner by our staff. It's unfortunate you feel your experience wasn't to your expectations and will bring this incident to those here.

Visited to sort prescription after Easter weekend (4 day weekend). Item needed ordering and when I asked if they had a rough time I was told afternoon following day, when I asked if they could be more specific as it was a hypoallergenic baby formula and we only had enough to last until the following morning, I received a sarcastic response of 'do you want me to predict if the delivery driver is going to get stuck in traffic or something?' Later in the conversation I was told I should perhaps have ordered earlier, this wasn't possible as 1. We had just come out of a 4 day weekend, and 2. The GP only issued the original prescription 5 days earlier and we were not aware that the formula would run out so quickly.

This is the friendliest and most efficient pharmacy I have ever used. Everything. Is always ready in good time and the staff are always so approachable! Thank you.
