Since January, I have been collecting a monthly prescription. Seven months in a row, I have gone to collect my prescription after receiving their confirmation email, it is either not ready or they have no record of the prescription. As a result, I must go back to the surgery to obtain the original reference number, which they then find on their system and then they announce that it will take 20-25 minutes to get ready. I have now moved my prescription to a different pharmacy.

Phone not answered as “busy” all day - it’s now 2000 with an hour still to go before closure. Dr prescribed 3 days ago and despite being patient with delivery service, also indicated in my message for repeat prescription, drug not received.

Had to speak to the pharmacist about a bite, you carnt beat a big smile and then showed me the correct medication. It's very welcoming when a pharmacist has time to treat you as person not as a number, well appreciated!!

The last few months I have noticed a number of improvements the phone always answered straight away , looks more organized and the lady pharmacist is so helpful would well recommend keep it up

We phoned ahead and were surprised to find they were open late (10.30pm on a weekday rather than 8pm mentioned on the NHS website). Prescription was dispensed efficiently and the person who greeted me was friendly. Seems to be a well-stocked pharmacy.
