Tried for 50 minutes to phone this pharmacy- an urgent query as I was going on holiday and did not have a full prescription to cover the time away- they simply didn’t answer the phone.

I am a visitor to Northwich but found my stay blighted by hayfever. I went to this pharmacy to ask for advice and help with my hayfever symptoms and was delighted with the courteous, knowledgable service I received. I appreciated the time taken to identify each symptom, and the careful explanation of the recommended treatment. I felt in safe hands and can report that the symptoms already begin to subside. Huge thanks. I'm so pleased to begin to feel well again.

Danebridge pharmacy are the absolute best! I have been struggling to get my daughter's medication for her heart condition. We had a few tablets left and not even the hospital pharmacy could get any for us. It is the only medication that comes close to giving her some sort of 'normal' life. One of the lovely ladies listened to my woes and was so understanding and compassionate that it reduced me to tears. She then made some phonecalls and actually managed to get some medication! What an absolute hero. Amazing personal service and wonderful communication. Thank you so much.

Opening times shows 7am. Had an ill child during the night who needed urgent medication. Organised my day around picking the medication at 7am but pharmacy was closed, opened around 8:30am which caused much inconvenience, let alone delaying the treatment of a child. I called later to express my frustration (in a polite way) and was told with disinterest “thanks for letting us know”. I’d assume they must be aware of the opening times suggested on the website as well by the NHS?!

Your Review: My experience with Danebridge pharmacy is nothing but exceptional they can’t do enough to get things right the staff are always very pleasant One of the staff always brings my medication out to the car for me because I find it difficult to stand for long periods I have just moved my sons prescriptions from Middlewich to Danebridge because I always get good service with a smile I can’t believe half the things that I have seen written here I have never experienced any of it always kind exceptional good service

Went into Danebridge to collect my medicine there was alot more drinks than I was expecting but I had no need to worry as the young lady carried them to the car for me
