I was given the wrong repeat item which was unchanged and getting for 5 years.Their comp screen had unbelievably missed off half the prescription wording which altered the item.This item was unchanged on the surgery prescription which I had printed out the same day.Staff had no clue what I was talking about.Told me I did not need item as already had it 2 weeks ago(this being another item)Then asked me again what I wanted after being told repeatedly.Very angry about this.
