   I have a concern that very common prescriptions ordered on a Saturday (3rd August 2024) & approved by the GP on the Monday (5th August) are still not confirmed as available by close of business on the Thursday (8th August).

   Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive.. The pharmacy is currently undergoing new procedures in the way the prescriptions are processed and this is unfortunately causing delays for our patients - we apologise sincerely for this and are working hard with the team to improve this as fast as we can.
