    Today there was a national electronic outage. I had to ring my GP for a review of the items on my repeat prescription. My GP Practice told me that this was not possible due to the outage. My repeat prescription is due. Cohen's were reassuring and said that it would deliver the prescription as usual and that there should be no problem . This pharmacy is outstanding in its professional, helpful and friendly service.

    Gp sent electronic request for medication for my husband which he needs to take asap 3 days ago we are registered for delivery so expected it within the usual 2/3 days. On 3rd day rang to ask when it would arrive informed there is no del this week (today is Thursday) and it would not be del till next Wednesday making it seven working days from receiving it. Extremely annoyed they didn't inform either gp or patients about delay I could have ordered taxi to bring it much sooner.

    Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive.. The pharmacy is currently undergoing new procedures in the way the prescriptions are processed by sending these to be dispensed via our central hub. This is unfortunately causing delays for our patients - we apologise sincerely for this and are working hard with the team to improve this as fast as we can. We are asking patient to order prescriptions earlier so there is continuity to their supply. Next time you use Cohens I hope you find the service vastly improved.
