My practise sent Cohens a full prescription I rang Cohens on 17/07/2024 to confirm the order, they said it would be delivered on 19/7/24 by their delivery driver, come 1700hrs I was concearned, I rang the shop who assured me that my prescription would be delivered and to ring back at 1800hrs guess what they lied to me, I was never going to get my delivery and the delivery was not made, I’m a vulnerable pensioner who just came out of hospital on Friday 12/7/24 with enough medication to last me till Friday19/07/24 only to be lied to and laughed at by this person from Cohens Chemist Princess Rd Withington the shop is closed today Saturday 20/07/24 I won’t be using Cohens again, they have lost me as a customer, I have just made arrangements for another local chemist to make a future deliveries and who will deliver 7 days per week.

Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive. I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced. I am sorry that you have chosen to go to another pharmacy, if you do use Cohens again I hope you find the service vastly improved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and again we sincerely apologise for the lack of service you have received. The Cohens Group
